Ignite Catering handled the catering for our farm wedding in Apollo Bay and I truly couldn’t recommend Bente and her team more highly.
Everyone has not stopped raving about the food from the wedding! Watching the food being cooked fresh outdoors was also such a memorable part of the celebration and really helped create the relaxed, joyful atmosphere we were hoping for.

I was fortunate enough to attend the most beautiful wedding of the season where Bente and her team catered. The porchetta was hands down the dish of the year for me. Actually, who am I kidding — everything was fabulous. But that porchetta… and that sauce! If I’d been at home, I absolutely would have licked my plate (and possibly the serving spoon too).
Please pass on my compliments to the whole team — the pork was perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and that sauce should honestly come with a warning for how addictive it is. I’m still thinking about it weeks later.
